The Metzeler Racetec RR Rain Motorcycle Tyre uses a tread pattern, designed for improved water drainage – as well as giving the rider feedback and contact feeling at all lean angles. There are longitudinal grooves which allow for water evacuation on the straights and directionality on wet. The Main Grooves on the Tyre allow for water evacuation when leaning, and wear regularity, whilst additional grooves on the Shoulders allow for water evacuation when in full lean, and a contact feeling when cornering.
The latest generation of Silica enhance wet grip and help with fast warm-up to deliver top notch wet grip and consistent performance over a wide range of tarmacs and temperatures.
